- Dignity and Decorum must be maintained at all times.
- Students should be punctual and attend all their lectures regularly.
- Students must be decently dressed and wear their College Identity Cards in the College premises.
- Students must conduct themselves respectfully towards the college community.
- Use of mobile phones is not allowed during working hours of the college.
- Silence must be maintained in the classrooms, library and corridors.
- Students should regularly visit the Library.
- Cleanliness must be maintained in the class rooms and in the College campus.
- Students must take care of their belongings. The college is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
- Students must park their vehicles in the designated places.
- Students must report to college at 8:15am. Students coming late will not be given attendance for the day.
- As per Osmania University norms, it is mandatory for the students to have a minimum of 75% attendance in each course to be eligible to appear for Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) i.e., Unit Tests, Internal Assessment Tests, Semester-end Examinations.
- Students representing National/State/University/College in Sports, NSS or Cultural activities shall be eligible to claim the attendance for the actual number of days participated, subject to a maximum of 20 days in a semester based on the specific recommendations of the HOD and the Principal of the College.
- In case of absenteeism, students have to submit a leave letter duly signed by the Parents. Prior permission must be obtained by the Principal for the leave exceeding 3 days.
- If there is any change in the Parent’s Contact Number, the Parent must report about the changed number to the office, so that messages are sent to the correct number.
- Parents can meet faculty on all the working days between 2:30pm and 3pm and discuss the progress of their ward.
- No candidate shall create mutual hatred or cause tension between different castes and communities, religious or linguistic or between any group(s) of students.
- No candidate shall be permitted to carry procession or public meeting.
- No candidate shall, nor shall her supporters, deface or cause any destruction to any property of the college.
- No candidate shall indulge or abet in activities which are considered to be corrupt practices and offences.
- Ragging is a punishable offence and is strictly prohibited in the college premises.
- The college holds the right to suspend any student who does not adhere to the rules of the college.
- The decision to terminate admission is entirely the discretion of the Principal.
- As a value addition, the college offers Certificate Courses to prepare future leaders and equip the students with skills to make them employable. In this regard, the student must pay Certificate course fees every semester towards these courses.
Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred to any other candidate under any circumstances.
